A collaboration between Condor's Hope Ranch and Los Padres ForestWatch
Condor's Hope five-acre organic, dry-farmed vineyard is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains in the Cuyama Valley, at the base of Los Padres National Forest. 150 olive trees are planted throughout the vineyard. The blend of these Italian and Spanish varietals is full in the mouth with grassy overtones, leaving a peppery finish. Enjoy fresh on salads and breads, over cooked veggies, and in soups. Store in a dark, cool place. Share our love for the land as you enjoy each mouth-filling taste.
Milled in the Santa Ynez Valley, our extra virgin olive oil is robust, cold pressed, and organic. Our hand-harvested olives are a blend of six Italian varietals: Leccino, Maurino, Coratina, Frantoio, Itrana, Pendolino, and the Spanish Picual. All are organically-grown and dry-farmed in ways that respect and protect the natural surroundings.
Together, Condor's Hope and ForestWatch share a love for condors and a deep appreciation for the land. A portion of the proceeds from this bottle supports our local forest protection efforts. We hope you enjoy the fruits of this partnership!
