Refund policy
Prior to purchase, please confirm that you have purchased the correct product(s), quantity, and color/size. Our apparel products include size charts to help you select the proper fit prior to purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you've received, you may return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with tags.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including images, special orders, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
